WHAT we  do

We perform vacuum pump repair service on Rotary Vane, Rotary Piston, Diffusion, Turbo, Dry, and Booster Pumps - Alcatel, Edwards, Galileo, Robinair, Varian, and other brands of vacuum pumps.

We notify the customer if complications arise during vacuum pump repair.

We also provide shop audits on request.

Every vacuum pump is undergoing a stringent quality check followed by complete testing using standard vacuum gauges and equipments to measure the performance of the pump after service.

All the pumps will be issued with a clear identification tag on service details and its performance levels when tested.

All the replacement spare parts are the OEM spares bought from the respective manufacturers or distributors.

All the serviced pumps are given with a competitive and confident warranty for the parts, and labor based on the condition of replacement of oil as per manufacturer specifications.

HOW we  do

PHASE 1
Pumps are dismantled at designated workstation. All parts are initially cleaned with a degreaser, then rinsed and blow dried with compressed air.

PHASE 2
Surfaces of all components are stripped down to bare metal by means of rinsing with solvent leaving surfaces virtually free of all harmful residues.

PHASE 3
All critical dimensions of moving parts and mating surfaces are inspected. Mating surfaces and O-ring surfaces are hand lapped to precise finishes. All these parts are coated with oil in preparation for reassembly. All other components are discarded and replaced.

PHASE 4
Pump is assembled at designated clean area. Gaskets, seals, and O-rings are routinely replaced, along with any other component or components that do not meet factory specifications and/or tolerances.

PHASE 5
After pump has been properly assembled; it is forwarded to designated bench test station. A vacuum gauge is used to test absolute vacuum pressure and a pirani gauge.

PHASE 6
After assembly, pump is tested, monitored and charged with fresh fluid.

PHASE 7
Necessary paperwork is attached to pump including a tag showing pump testing results and particulars.
